West.Net allows you to obtain multiple e-mail accounts. Each mailbox account costs $5.00 per month and is unable to access the Internet.

Instructions:

1. Type in your username and password for the existing account.
   • If this is a business domain account, you need to enter your mbx account username.
   
   
2. If this is a business account, include your domain name. For personal accounts, you may leave this blank.
   
   
3. Specify the type of account in the "Account Type" buttons.
   
   
4. The following mailbox information fields are for the mailbox(es) that you want to add.
   
   
5. After providing the username and password, hit "Add", which will input the information for processing.
   
   
6. You may then add additional boxes, by repeating the last step, or complete your request by hitting the "Submit" button.
   
   

Notes:

Before submitting, check that all the information in the large textbox in accurate.

If you get an error from the form because you mistyped something, please correct the error in the first two boxes and verify that all the information in the large text box is accurate.

Notes on Password Requirements

All passwords must be between 6 and 8 characters long

Passwords must contain at least one number somewhere in between other characters.

• For example:
  1secret is an invalid password.
  1secret1 is also invalid (numbers are not between other characters).
  s2ecret is a valid password.
  

Your password may not contain any part of your username.

Passwords are validated upon submission to guarantee that these guidelines are kept.
